Remodel

Location: Seattle
This project involved a comprehensive full-house remodel of a property that had been uninhabited for over 30 years. Our team revitalized the entire home, beginning with the exterior, where we replaced the siding and roofing to restore the home’s curb appeal and structural integrity.
Inside, we transformed every room, including a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, along with extensive electrical and plumbing work to bring the home up to modern standards. One of the most significant challenges was the basement, which had been used as storage and was flooded with water. We cleared the space and turned it into a luxurious master bedroom, fully customized to maximize comfort and functionality.
This project brought new life to a neglected property, blending modern design with expert craftsmanship to create a beautiful, functional home.
